DHAHRAN — Saudi Aramco on Tuesday reported adjusted net income of $104.7 billion for 2025, with strong cash flows and growing returns from artificial intelligence and digital technologies supporting its long-term growth strategy.According to the company’s fourth-quarter and full-year financial report, Aramco posted adjusted net income of $25.1 billion in the fourth quarter of 2025.Technology Realized Value (TRV) from artificial intelligence, digital and advanced solutions reached $5.3 billion in 2025, bringing cumulative TRV to $11.3 billion since 2023.Cash flow from operating activities totaled $136.2 billion for the full year, including $40.8 billion generated in the fourth quarter. Free cash flow reached $85.4 billion in 2025 and $27.5 billion in the fourth quarter.The company said its gearing ratio declined to 3.8 percent by Dec. 31, 2025, compared with 4.5 percent a year earlier.Capital investment reached $52.2 billion in 2025, broadly in line with company guidance and $1 billion lower year-on-year. Aramco said its capital investment guidance for 2026 is expected to range between $50 billion and $55 billion.Total shareholder distributions amounted to $85.5 billion in 2025.Aramco’s board declared a base dividend of $21.89 billion for the end of 2025, representing a 3.5 percent year-on-year increase and marking the fourth consecutive year of dividend growth. The dividend is expected to be paid in the first quarter of 2026.The company also announced a share buyback program of up to $30 billion over 18 months.The report noted that the In-Kingdom Total Value Add Program achieved 70 percent localization in procurement, moving toward a 2030 target of 75 percent aimed at strengthening supply chain resilience.Aramco also reported progress in its gas expansion strategy, with plans to increase sales gas production capacity by around 80 percent by 2030 compared with 2021 levels. Production has begun at the Jafurah Gas Field and operations have commenced at the Tanajib Gas Plant.The company added that the Marjan Oil Field crude oil increment project has been brought onstream, while water injection operations have started at the Berri Oil Field increment, enhancing operational flexibility and responsiveness to market conditions.Commenting on the results, Amin Nasser, president and CEO of Aramco, said the company delivered strong financial performance despite price volatility.“Aramco delivered robust growth and strong cash flows in 2025, reinforcing confidence in our strategy. Our disciplined capital allocation, combined with our lower-cost, adaptable, and highly reliable operations, drove strong financial performance in a year marked by price volatility,” Nasser said.He added that the increase in the base dividend reflects the company’s focus on delivering sustainable shareholder returns.Nasser also said the company continues to leverage advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve efficiency and unlock additional value across its operations.Following another year of record global oil demand in 2025, he said Aramco’s ongoing investments position it strongly for future growth.“In parallel, our ambitious gas expansion is progressing on schedule, aligning with rising domestic demand and delivering significant volumes of high-value associated liquids,” Nasser said.
