En mai 2025, le pêcheur expérimenté Hallur Antoniussen a photographié un objet aussi rare que mystérieux au large des côtes du Labrador, au Canada : un iceberg entièrement noir, de la taille de plusieurs maisons et taillé comme un diamant. Le cliché, partagé sur les réseaux sociaux, a immédiatement enflammé la toile et interpellé la communauté scientifique sur l'origine de cet étrange monolithe de glace.
