Le gouvernement français a défendu devant la justice européenne l'idée d'une "double taxe" copie privée sur les téléchargements hors ligne de Netflix ou Spotify. Mais l'avocat général de la CJUE a rejeté cette idée, estimant que les fichiers protégés par DRM ne sont pas des copies.
