C'est un timing désastreux. Le Defra, un ministère britannique, vient de dépenser 312 millions £ pour migrer 31 500 PC de Windows 7 vers Windows 10. Problème : l'opération s'est achevée après la fin de vie officielle de Windows 10 (14 octobre 2025). Une mise à jour colossale pour un OS déjà obsolète, qui pose des questions sur la planification.
