After a delay of more than a month, Samsung has finally announced the release of the stable One UI 6 Watch update to its older Galaxy Watches. The update will be gradually released to all Galaxy Watches since the Galaxy Watch 4 series.
Samsung's older Galaxy Watches will start getting the Wear OS 5-based One UI 6 Watch update. The stable update will likely start rolling out for the Galaxy Watch 6 first and then to older Galaxy Watches. Here is the list of Galaxy Watches that will soon get the stable One UI 6 Watch update.
The One UI 6 Watch update will bring several new features that debuted with the Galaxy Watch 7 and the Galaxy Watch Ultra to older Galaxy Watches. Some of those features are the Energy Score, double pinch gesture, improved sleep tracking accuracy, Workout Routine, and other gestures.
The update also brings Galaxy AI-powered personalized health tips based on user's health and activity records. It also brings AI-suggested replies to messages, which makes replying to messages using a smartwatch's small screen easier.
One UI 6 Watch also brings three new watch faces: Simple Digital, Spatial Number, and Ultra Info Board. The Race feature allows you to compete against your past records while cycling or running.
