Now that Samsung has released the One UI 7 update for all its high-end devices in at least one region, it has turned its focus to mid-range devices. The Galaxy A54 has just started getting the Android 15-based One UI 7.0 update in Korea, and it could be released in other regions soon.

The Android 15-based One UI 7.0 update is rolling out for the Galaxy A54 in South Korea. The update comes bearing firmware version A546SKSU9DYD7 and has a download size of around 3.5GB. It is a major update that brings a redesigned user interface design, new features, and better privacy and security. This update includes the April 2025 security patch that makes the phone more secure.
If you live in South Korea and have a Galaxy A54, you should check out the new update by navigating to Settings » Software update » Download and install. Soon, you will be able to download the new firmware file from our database in case you want to flash it using the manual method.
The update could arrive in other regions, including other Asian countries, Europe, Latin America, and North America in the next couple of weeks.

The Galaxy A54 was launched in early 2023 with Android 13 onboard. It received the Android 14-based One UI 6 update later that year. Now, it has receievd the Android 15-based One UI 7.0 update. It will get two more major Android OS updates in the future.
