Samsung is working on a bunch of entry-level and mid-range smartphones for next year, and one of them is the Galaxy F16 5G. The entry-level smartphone could launch in the first quarter of next year in India and some other developing markets.
The images of the Galaxy F16 5G were published by SmartPrix. The phone appears in six colors in those images: Blue, Deep Blue, Light Blue, Light Green, Light Purple, and Purple. You can see all its colors in the images below.
As you can see, the Galaxy F16 5G appears to feature a triple-camera setup on the rear. Rumors claim that the phone has a 50MP primary rear camera, a 5MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera.
On the front, the upcoming phone is said to feature an old design, featuring a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with an Infinity-U notch. The screen is rumored to have Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.
Previous reports have revealed that the Galaxy F16 5G is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300+ process, 6GB/8GB RAM, and a microSD card slot. The phone will likely run Android 15 (One UI 7) out of the box and get six additional years of Android OS updates.
It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and supports 25W fast wired charging. It will likely have 5G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
