Samsung has released a new software update for the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra. This update comes mid-way through the month and brings the April 2025 security patch to Samsung's latest flagship lineup.
That's not all. The update also improves camera, charging, and general software stability. Most importantly, after installing the latest update, you will see a media playback widget in the notification shade and as a Now Bar pill in the status bar, something that worked on older devices updated to One UI 7 but has been missing from the Galaxy S25 series since launch.
