The Galaxy A56 is undoubtedly one of the best Samsung phones in the mid-range segment. It's been out in many markets and even though the company confirmed its US launch earlier in the year, it hadn't released the device, until today.
Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy A56 is available nationwide in the United States starting today. It can be purchased through the company's online store as well as through its retail partners across the country.
Samsung had launched the Galaxy A36 in the United States a few months back. It had also confirmed at the time that the Galaxy A56 would eventually be out in the country as well. We reported just last month that the Galaxy A56 remained on track for a US launch in the not too distant future.
The Galaxy A56 is a solid mid-range device that offers excellent value for money. It features a 6.7-inch display, an Exynos 1580 chipset with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. The battery is big enough to get you through two days without requiring a charge, and it supports 45W wired fast charging.
It ships with Android 15 One UI 7 out of the box and the company has also equipped the device with several AI features, including object eraser, best face, AI select, and Google's Circle to Search. The Read aloud feature is also pretty handy as it uses text to speech conversation to read webpages out loud.
If you're interested, you can now buy the Galaxy A56 from Samsung. Prices start at $499 in the United States and the device is available in Awesome Lightgray and Awesome Graphite colors.
