In August 2024, Samsung launched the company’s flagship lineup of washing machines in India, the Bespoke AI Laundry series. It offered ten models in the country at various price points and with different feature sets.

However, all of them had 12 kilograms capacity. That left people who were looking for models with lower capacity and have a lower budget with no option in the flagship lineup. Well, the South Korean tech giant is now remedying that.

In a new press release, Samsung has announced that it has launched a new model in the Bespoke AI Laundry series. It has a 9KG capacity, offering people who require lower washing capacity and have a lower budget an option in the brand’s flagship lineup of washing machines.

Samsung has priced it at INR 40,990 and says that it is offering 15% cash back on the product. According to the company, the 9KG Bespoke AI Laundry is available to purchase from Samsung’s official website for the country, the Samsung Shop app, and authorized online and offline stores.

Model numbers of the 9KG Bespoke AI Laundry washing machines

Samsung didn’t mention the model number in the press release. That led us to scour the brand’s website for the new washing machine, and we found three Bespoke AI Laundry models — WW90DG6U24AB, WW90DG6U24AS, and WW90DG6U24AX —in the 9KG capacity, and we think these are the new ones that Samsung is talking about.

They are priced from INR 39,990 to INR 43,600 and Samsung is offering a 17.5% discount (up to INR 7,500) on the three models if you make the payment using credit cards from leading banks on EMI. There’s also an INR 3,000 Shop App Welcome Benefit. The brand is offering two years warranty on the product and a 20-year warranty on the motor.
