Now that we are quite close to the launch of the Galaxy S25, more features of Samsung's upcoming phones have leaked. A new leak reveals more camera features, including quality improvements and better macro mode.

Galaxy S25 camera features log video recording

Tipster Ahmed Qwaider claims that the Galaxy S25 series will offer improved camera quality. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will reportedly offer higher-resolution shooting that results in lower noise. That may be referring to the use of the camera's full sensor to capture the video rather than choosing only the central part of the sensor.

They also claim that the Galaxy S25 Ultra's ultrawide camera will offer 4x better image quality compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The Audio Eraser feature reportedly offers the ability to remove unwanted noises from recorded videos.

In another post, the tipster claims that the Galaxy S25 will use AI to offer 43% improved colors and brightness. The phones in the lineup will reportedly be able to capture videos in log format, offering professionals more flexibility over colors and dynamic range.

The leakster also says that switching between different camera lenses will be smoother on the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. That is likely due to the Snapdragon 8 Elite's improved ISP that can process camera input at a much faster rate, resulting in more frames.

Rumored Galaxy S25 camera specifications

Rumors claim that the Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S25+ will have a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with OIS, and a 12MP selfie camera.

Despite using the same camera hardware as their predecessors, the phones will likely offer improved image and video quality, thanks to better software and newer ISP.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will reportedly feature a 200MP primary rear camera with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide camera with autofocus, a 10MP telephoto camera with OIS, and a 50MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom. On the front, it reportedly has the same 12MP selfie camera as its predecessor.
