RIYADH — Emir of Riyadh Prince Faisal bin Bandar inaugurated the headquarters of the housing campaign titled "Generosity is from us and within us" in Riyadh on Thursday. Several princes, ministers, including Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid Al-Hogail and senior officials attended the ceremony.Speaking on the occasion, Al-Hogail expressed his gratitude to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman for their generous support for the Jood Eskan housing campaign. He noted that the generous donation of the King and the Crown Prince, amounting to a total of SR150 million, will benefit the campaign's beneficiaries. Al-Hogail emphasized that every contribution, no matter how small, can make a difference in the lives of families seeking stability. He added that cities are not measured solely by their size, but also by their ability to embrace people and enable them to live with dignity. Al-Hogail highlighted the significant impact of previous generous donations in achieving developmental housing goals, as well as their substantial effect in motivating individuals and institutions to contribute and give back through the "Jood Eskan platform, a trusted national platform.Emirs of several regions inaugurated the housing campaign in their respective regions. They include Prince Faisal bin Khalid, emir of the Northern Borders Region, Prince Faisal bin Nawaf (Al-Jouf), Prince Faisal bin Mishaal (Al-Qassim), Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed (Najran), Prince Fahd bin Sultan (Tabuk) and Makkah Deputy Emir Prince Saud bin Mishaal.King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman launched the campaign on Wednesday with providing donations amounting to a total of SR150 million through the Jood Housing platform, as part of the leadership’s keenness to support all national efforts and initiatives aimed at providing suitable housing for deserving families.
