Le géant confirme l'annulation de sa future gamme de processeurs Xeon "mainstream", les Diamond Rapids 8-canaux. C'est la fin de la plateforme qui succédait à la très populaire série Xeon 6700P. Intel mise désormais tout sur le très haut de gamme (16 canaux mémoire) pour l'IA et pour concurrencer AMD EPYC, quitte à abandonner ses clients "coût-efficaces".
