La Commission européenne a renvoyé l'examen du rachat de SFR à l'Autorité de la concurrence française. Cette décision, sollicitée par Iliad (Free), centralise en France l'analyse de cette opération à 20,35 milliards d'euros qui verra Orange, Free et Bouygues se partager leur concurrent. L'instruction s'annonce longue, avec un verdict attendu d'ici 18 mois au minimum.
