Orange a officiellement identifié l'origine de la panne géante du 21 octobre dernier. Jérôme Hénique, directeur général d’Orange France, pointe un bug logiciel « inédit et exceptionnel » sur des équipements Nokia, écartant toute cyberattaque. La panne a touché simultanément les systèmes principaux et de secours, paralysant le réseau mobile pendant près de 10 heures.
