Samsung is planning to launch four high-end phones, the Galaxy S27, Galaxy S27+, Galaxy S27 Pro, and Galaxy S27 Ultra, early next year. While most of their specifications have already surfaced, the Galaxy S27 Pro's wired charging speed has now been discovered.

All variants in the Galaxy S27 series recently received the China Compulsory Certificate (CCC), revealing that the Galaxy S27 Pro and the Galaxy S27 Ultra will feature 60W (20V, 3A) fast wired charging capabilities. This matches the charging speeds of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, which launched earlier this year.

This follows details revealed a few days ago, indicating that the base Galaxy S27 will support 25W fast charging, while the Galaxy S27+ will handle 45W speeds.

Previous reports indicated that the Galaxy S27 Pro features a 5,200mAh battery, whereas the Galaxy S27 Ultra packs a larger 5,800mAh cell. Both devices likely use silicon-carbon anode batteries, a technology that debuted on Samsung smartphones with the Galaxy Z Flip 8 and Galaxy Z Fold 8 series.

Overall, the Galaxy S27 Pro seems to share many of the same high-end features as the Galaxy S27 Ultra.
Both models are expected to sport large OLED screens (6.6-inch on the S27 Pro and 6.9-inch on the S27 Ultra), a 200MP primary camera, a 50MP ultrawide lens with autofocus, and a 50MP telephoto camera.

Additionally, they will likely pack Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro chips, 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, 60W fast wired charging, 25W wireless charging, an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, stereo speakers.

The Galaxy S27 Ultra has a slightly bigger screen, a bigger battery, and an S Pen.
