Samsung is working on two new Galaxy Z Fold smartphones this year. In addition to the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Samsung is reportedly developing another Fold that, based on its model number, could be a slightly cheaper device. It seems development on this new Fold is coming along swimmingly.
That’s evident from the fact that Samsung has now started development of this second Fold’s software. Like the Fold 8 and Flip 8, it will run Android 17 and One UI 9 out of the box.
