The prices at which Samsung launched the Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37 in India were considered too high for what they offer. However, the brand offered discounts on them a few times, making the two phones more appealing. Now, not only are those offers no longer available, but the company also seems to be making the two phones even more expensive.
An image of what looks like Samsung’s communication to its retailers in India about increasing the price of the Galaxy A57 and the Galaxy A37 in the country has surfaced online (via Sanju Choudhary). According to it, the company is increasing the price of the two phones by up to INR 5,000. You can check out the variant-wise old and new prices below.
According to the leaked communication, the new prices went into effect on August 22, 2026. However, on Samsung’s website, the Galaxy A57 and the Galaxy A37 are still available at their previous prices.
It is possible that the brand is selling its remaining old stock at the old prices and will start selling new stock at the higher prices once it runs out. It is also possible that the company has yet to update the prices on its website.
Either way, if you were planning to buy either of these phones, it may be a good idea to do so before the new prices go live.
