Samsung has announced that it is shutting down the Daily+ service on its TVs, projectors, and smart monitors later this month. This section debuted in 2024 with quick access to connectivity, family entertainment, health, and productivity-related features.
The company recently posted (via Android Authority) a notice on its 2026 series TVs notifying users about its decision to shut down Samsung Daily+ on supported TVs after October 30, 2026. Samsung didn't explain the reason behind its decision but clarified that apps that were available on Daily+ can be downloaded separately through the app store on its TVs.
You can see the complete notice below.
Dear Samsung users of the Daily+ service,
Thank you for using the Samsung Daily+ service.
Unfortunately, the Daily+ service will be terminated after October 30, 2026.
The apps that were available on Daily+ can be downloaded and used through the Apps service.
Thank you for your support and understanding.
Sincerely,
The Daily+ Service Team

Daily+ acted as a central hub for apps related to family entertainment, health and fitness, video calls, and more. Some of the fitness and health apps included Samsung Health, Dr. Tail, Flexit, HealthTap, F45 Training, and TechnoGym. Productivity apps included Microsoft Remote PC and Microsoft 365, while Samsung Food and Samsung Karaoke were lifestyle apps.
Samsung added Google Photos integration to Daily+ earlier this year, and some users have questioned the future of the feature since Daily+ is being shut down. However, it is likely that Google Photos will be made available through the app store on Samsung TVs and monitors.
