Usually, when Samsung launches a new Galaxy S lineup, the brand decreases the prices of the previous Galaxy S series. Considering that, as the company has launched the Galaxy S26 lineup, it should decrease the prices of the Galaxy S25 series.
However, taking into account rising memory prices, which are forcing companies to increase the price of their smartphones, the South Korean tech giant wasnât expected to decrease the prices of the Galaxy S25 series. Well, Samsung has surprised us.
On X, Sanju Choudhary has shared a screenshot of what looks like Samsung Indiaâs communication to retailers in the country about decreasing the prices of the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

If the image is genuine, Samsung has dropped the prices of 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 12GB + 1TB variants by INR 10,000, INR 2,000, and INR 4,000, respectively.

According to the communication, the new prices are effective from March 20, 2026. Usually, offline and online stores sell Samsungâs phones at lower prices than the brandâs official price. Considering that, expect the Galaxy S25 Ultra to be available at even lower prices in the country.
