Samsung's first smartphone with a tri-folding display, the Galaxy Z TriFold, was the brand's only flagship device that didn't get the One UI 9.0 (Android 17) beta program.

While the company's decision disappointed many users, their wait is finally over. The tech giant has released a new software update for the Galaxy Z TriFold. It brings the stable version of One UI 9.0.

As expected, Samsung has released the stable version of One UI 9.0 for the Galaxy Z TriFold first in its home country, South Korea. The update is 3,091.93MB in size and carries firmware version F968NKSU7CZIH. We expect the brand to release it in other countries over the next few days. You can check its availability and get it by going to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.

One UI 9.0 brings UI changes and new features. As for the former, you get more customization options for Quick Panel. Coming to the new features, there are enhancements to Samsung Notes and Samsung DeX, as well as to accessibility features. You also get a location privacy indicator.
