The Galaxy S25 Ultra is Samsung's latest flagship smartphone, and it definitely has an upper hand over the Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S25+.
If you are confused between the three phones and want to find out the benefits you get if you buy the Ultra model, you have come to the right place.
The Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S25+ feature an Armor Aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection on the front and the rear. In comparison, the Galaxy S25 Ultra uses a titanium side frame, making it more durable and premium than the other two phones.
It also features Gorilla Armor 2 protection for the display, which is slightly stronger than Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and also offers amazing protection from reflections and glare, making the screen more legible under sunlight.
If you like drawing or writing on your phone's screen, you will love the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which comes bundled with the S Pen stylus.
It offers precision drawing and writing with the help of its pressure and tilt detection sensors. You can also use the S Pen to sign documents.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra has better rear-facing cameras than the Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S25+. Its 200MP camera offers more details in all lighting conditions.
The phone also features a 50MP ultrawide camera with autofocus, making the phone capable of capturing more detailed and brighter ultrawide shots compared to the 12MP ultrawide camera on the Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S25+.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra also has a better telephoto camera: a 50MP sensor with a 5x optical zoom lens and OIS. It can reach farther and capture brighter images with more details compared to 10MP telephoto cameras with 3x optical zoom on the Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S25+.
While the Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S25+ can record 8K 30fps videos, they are limited to the primary camera. With the Galaxy S25 Ultra, you can record 8K 30fps videos using three rear-facing cameras: primary, ultrawide, and 5x telephoto.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra can also record regular 4K 120fps videos with the primary camera using the Pro video mode. In comparison, the Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S25+ can only record 4K 120fps slow-motion videos.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra has the biggest battery in the Galaxy S25 lineup and amazing battery life. It lasts slightly longer than the Galaxy S25+ and much longer than the regular Galaxy S25.
It can also charge faster than the regular Galaxy S25 as it features 45W fast charging compared to the latter's 25W fast charging.
If you want the maximum possible storage on your phone, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is your best choice. It is the only model that has a variant with 1TB storage. The S25 and S25+ come with a maximum of 512GB storage. In (very) select markets, you also 16GB of RAM with 1TB storage instead of 12GB of RAM.
