On 28 May, Samsung opened the Android 16-based One UI 8.0 beta program for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra. However, with only two days in, people started reporting that the brand has stopped accepting new people into it, saying that the program is full.

Samsung One UI beta programs have a limit on participants. Usually, it doesn’t get reached for several days. However, that’s not the case this time around. It suggests that Samsung either had a lower limit or that too many people are interested in testing it. There’s more to the story, though.

On 30 May, a user reported that they couldn’t get into the Galaxy S25 One UI 8 beta program as Samsung said that it was full. However, later that day, they also reported that they got in. It suggests that Samsung has increased the limit of participants in the program.

Usually, Samsung lets more people in a beta program when it releases a new beta version. So, even if the brand hadn’t increased the limit, people would have been able to get in during the release of Beta 2, which, according to a previous leak, may arrive soon.

So, if you were not able to get into it, you may want to check the Samsung Members app once again.
