The One UI 7 roll out is rapidly steaming ahead for eligible devices across the globe. We've already seen many devices get the update in the United States, and now it's the turn of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4.
Both foldable phones have started receiving the One UI 7 Android 15 update in the United States. It's rolling out for both factory unlocked and carrier-locked models.
Firmware version F936U1UEU8HYD9 and F721USQU8HYD9 is now rolling out for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 in the US, respectively. The carriers that have released the update so far include T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, US Cellular, Dish, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others.
This is pretty solid coverage right off the bat so most people who own these devices in the country will soon receive an update notification, if they haven't already. There's also a way to manually pull the update even if the notification hasn't arrived.
Users can head over to the Settings app, open the Software update menu and tap on Download and install. The device will automatically scan the update servers for the latest firmware and download it automatically.
One UI 7 is one of the biggest changes yet that Samsung has made to the software experience on its devices. It brings a new visual identity, enhanced personalization options, various new features for the native apps, as well as enhanced Galaxy AI capabilities.
