Samsung's next Fan Edition smartphone, the Galaxy S24 FE, has been certified by the FCC in the US, and the certification provides us our first look at the actual phone.
The FCC is an unusual source when it comes to showing the world what an unreleased Galaxy phone looks like. And you could argue that hasn't completely changed: while live photos of the S24 FE are included in the FCC certification, we don't see the phone up close.
The photos show the phone tied to some equipment while being tested for radiation patterns. Its display is turned off and the photos were taken from a distance, but we can make out the similarities between the Galaxy S24 FE's design and that of the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+.
Again, this isn't a close-up look, and we don't think many would be able to tell the difference if the FCC decided to pull a fast one on us by putting a Galaxy S24 or Galaxy S24+ on the equipment.
