After Samsung rolled out the stable version of One UI 9.0 (Android 17) to the Galaxy A57, the Galaxy A37 was expected to be the next phone in line to receive it. However, Samsung released the update for the Galaxy A27 first, leaving Galaxy A37 owners disappointed. Fortunately, they didn’t have to wait long.
Samsung has now released the stable One UI 9.0 update for the Galaxy A37, starting with its home country, South Korea. The update carries firmware version A376NKSU3BZI6, according to @Alfaturk16. However, the package size is currently unknown.
Based on Samsung’s software update rollout history, the company should release the stable One UI 9.0 (Android 17) update for the Galaxy A37 in other countries over the next few days. To check for the update and install it, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
One UI 9.0 brings several improvements, including more Quick Panel customization options, an enhanced Samsung DeX and Samsung Notes experience, improved accessibility features, a location privacy indicator, and new AI capabilities. However, Galaxy A series phones won’t receive the new AI features.
