Samsung brought back 16GB RAM to its phones after a gap of five years. The Galaxy S20 Ultra was its first phone with 16GB RAM, but the company stopped offering 16GB RAM even with its flagship phones.
Although the Galaxy S25 Ultra has a variant with 16GB RAM, its availability is extremely limited even in the company's home country, South Korea.
The pricing and availability of the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra were announced for South Korea. The phones are now available for pre-order in the country and the pre-order ends on February 3. The phones will be released on February 7 in Korea.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is available in four memory configurations and four color options. The pricing of those four variants is listed below. The four color options are Titanium Black, Titanium Gray, Titanium Silver Blue, and Titanium White Silver.
