The One UI 9.5 beta program may be closer than anyone was expecting. Samsung recently updated the Samsung Members app, which lets users sign up for One UI beta programs, and a UI change suggests the next beta program is coming soon.
Samsung Members' home screen features a banner at the very bottom that invites users to participate in One UI beta programs. It now has a new design.
You can see the old banner versus the new one in the image gallery below.

This isn't the first indication that Samsung could launch the public One UI 9.5 beta early. In early October, the company officially mentioned One UI 9.5 in an app's changelog on the Galaxy Store.
Samsung also started testing One UI 9.5 internally much earlier in 2026 compared to One UI 8.5 last year. While the first One UI 8.5 builds for the Galaxy S25 series were spotted on Samsung's servers in mid-September 2025, One UI 9.5 firmware for the Galaxy S26 series was first spotted on August 10 this year.
Last year's One UI 8.5 beta program started on December 8. If the gap between the first internal builds and the public beta launch stays roughly the same this year, the One UI 9.5 beta could go live in the first week of November. That would also fit with rumors of an early Galaxy S27 launch.
Of course, this is just speculation. As always, there's no way to pin down a specific date for the beta program's launch until Samsung makes it official.
The Galaxy S26 series will get the One UI 9.5 beta from day one, as Samsung always starts with its latest Galaxy S flagships. It's unclear whether the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, and other devices will join at the same time or a few weeks later.
